FUNDRAISING CLASSIFICATION:  This is classified as a rebate program, which means the money earned is applied directly to individual family accounts.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: When you purchase, you are purchasing negotiable gift cards (full value gift cards, just like cash).  The local and national retailers in turn offer a rebate anywhere form 2% to 15%, which is directly applied to the individual family accounts. These fees can be used towards meet fees and team travel fees.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Orders can be submitted electronically at RaiseRight.com

2.  Our team enrollment code is “E6976LAC3613".

3.  RaiseRight cards can either be purchased with a check made out to Countryside YMCA Torpedoes or Prestopay through the RaiseRight Program. (We recommend that you use the Prestopay option.) Checks should be labeled “Fundraising” and placed in the Black mailbox outside the coaches office.

4.  All orders must be placed before midnight on the ordering due date.  Paying with checks must be received, deposited and cleared through the bank before the RaiseRight Coordinator will place the order.  Orders placed through Prestopay will be processed immediately.

5.  RaiseRight pickup date is documented on the schedule.  The pickup location is at the Countryside YMCA.  You will be contacted by the RaiseRight coordinator to set a pick up time.  

6.  When picking up your RaiseRight order you are responsible for checking your order before signing for it.

NOTE: Refunds can not be given for gift cards ordered in error. Please check your orders carefully before submitting the order. In the Documents Tab on the home page there is a descriptive document that gives line by line instructions to ordering RaiseRight gift cards.
