Our 13–14 boys proved that swimming is a thinking sport during their get-out swim, using strategy and smart racing to push each other and the group. It was a great example of how mental focus, planning, and teamwork can drive performance in the pool.

What a Saturday! We saw tons of fast swims, great energy, and big smiles at the PCY Sprint Meet. For many swimmers, it was their first time racing long course, and they crushed it! We had a blast playing the clip game with the coaches and cheering each other on. Huge shoutout to our senior swimmers for leading the way and supporting the younger athletes. CY came out on top, finishing 1st out of 10 teams with 556.5 points, but the real win was the team spirit. ����
